How Moody Center Uses Gigpro as a Recruitment Tool
Moody Center is a $375M, 15,000 + seat premier venue featuring over 150 nights a year of unique entertainment. Moody Center has the best and biggest names in the music industry performing while hosting The University of Texas Women’s and Men’s Basketball Games, family shows, and other local events.
Before Gigpro, Moody Center used temporary staffing services to supply additional staff for various events. This method proved unsuccessful, as they experienced only a 30% fill rate. Moody Center began using Gigpro in March 2022. Since that time, the fill rate has increased to an impressive 70%.
Gigpro has also become a source for finding new candidates for employment. Since early March, the Moody Center has hired 10 Pros as full-time employees. In each case, the Pro’s performances prompted conversations regarding full-time employment. This hiring process is encouraged by Gigpro, as such there are no recruitment or other fees when Pros are hired.
To date, Moody Center has filled over 1,324 gigs paying an average rate of $17.50 per hour.
