Dishwasher

Dishwashers are such a vital part of the kitchen crew, and are hired for shifts at hotels, resorts, restaurants, catering companies, and retirement community kitchens. The ideal candidate is hard-working, reliable, and responsible. They must be able to take on a high volume of dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment during and after service. Understanding of how to setup and operate a dishpit, and willingness to complete emptying and managing breakdown stations and trash is a must. They also need to be mindful of food safety and sanitation practices, specifically in regards to a 3-compartment sink.
