We’re launching a loyalty program for our pros! It's simple: work shifts, get good feedback, and earn badges that show businesses you’re the real deal. Those badges get you early access to shifts, more opportunities for instant confirm shifts, and additional cash bonuses. Read on to learn more!
Loyalty Tiers
Pros that consistently perform well on shifts have the chance to earn badges. Badges come in 3 tiers: bronze, silver, and gold. Badged pros get the option to gain early access to shifts, view bonus shifts, and increase their chance for an instant confirm.
How do I sign up?
You’re automatically enrolled in the loyalty program when you complete your first shift of the loyalty period — no action needed!
Stay up to date with your points within the Qwick app. You'll always be able to see how many points you have earned in-app.
Bonus points: What are they and how can I start earning?
Check out our points system here! You earn points by completing shifts and earning great feedback. Points will be redeemed at the end of the loyalty quarter, every 100 points is redeemable for a $10 payment.
Note, your points can be deducted for the following the reasons:
- No-call, no-show: 100 point deduction
- Last minute (less than 24 hours) callout: 75 point deduction
- 1-2 star feedback: 20 point deduction
Additional points can be earned for every direct offer you have accepted and each shift you accept via the instant confirm function.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is each loyalty period?
Every loyalty period will last approximately 90 days. We’ll keep you updated when every loyalty period is nearing an end.
How many points do I need to earn to get the bonus?
For every 100 points you earn during the loyalty period, you will receive $10 deposited into your Stripe account. The deposit will be made at the end of each loyalty period.
I received a point deduction. Can I make an appeal?
