Hotels and resorts look to Gigpro to help them staff Housekeepers. Their responsibilities are to clean, dust, vacuum, and mop rooms and other common areas. They must have a basic knowledge of bed making and be able to follow directions in cleaning rooms according to the establishments’ checklist and expectations. Emptying and managing trash in rooms and common areas will also be applicable, along with organizing, replenishing items, and setting up areas to be presentable to guests. Housekeepers are expected to be efficient, detailed-oriented, good communicators, and have excellent customer service skills.
