Gigpro uses FOH Support roles to support the core Service team at a restaurant, hotel, catering company, stadium, retirement community, or resort. They are team-oriented individuals who thrive in customer service positions and are willing to do everything they can to support the rest of the FOH team. They are expected to be adaptive and receptive to customer needs and questions, and have strong communication skills with guests and other staff throughout the shift.
